– The only time data is used and/or stored (currently only by Head Staff members) in regards to this website is when you have placed an order in the shop and we use that data to collect an address to ship your ordered product.
– {Monarchy Games} will not share nor sell any data unintentionally or intentionally collected, on this website or in relation to alternative products such as our Discord, Facebook or Youtube.
– {Monarchy Games} may share data amongst Head Staff members to improve aspects of our social environments, any data shared will specifically remain private only for viewing or usage by Head Staff members.
– {Monarchy Games} may share data amongst Head Staff members in relation to E-mail queries, this data will only be used as a means of communication between {Monarchy Games} and the enquirer and will not be outsourced or shared anywhere else.
– Occasionally we may intwine our website with discord users, this means displaying names used on discord on this website. This action however will usually be an agreed approval between said user and {Monarchy Games} however by using our discord or website we may reserve the right to intwine these actions as we see fit.

-If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
– Intwined information between discord and this website will be subject to {Monarchy Games} discretion. We may after a time choose to redact, remove or delete any of said data or information.
– If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained at {Monarchy Games} discretion. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, after a time they may be removed or deleted.
– For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Head Staff can also see and edit that information.
