About us
- INTRODUCTION -
{Monarchy Games} is a gaming & tabletop community that was first created on March 9th 2015 by {MG} Maverick.
Originally starting as a Yu-Gi-Oh! community we developed three separate teams within our now distinguished Yu-Gi-Oh! Division.
- TEAMS -
Starting at first with just the Dark Team, we created a following where players would use the tag “{DaRk_KinGs}” or “{DaRk_QuEeNs}” when duelling online with others.
Our unique community and our creative framework garnered huge success as we gained a large cult following in the Yu-Gi-Oh! community, even if you didn’t represent us you had heard about us.
This gave room to a new expansion that added a new team which users could choose to use titled Light Team, now much like before users could sign up and use a username titled “{LiGhT_KinGs}” or “{LiGhT_QuEeNs}” and duel under the umbrella of {Monarchy Games} as one large community.
We had some amazing creative endeavours that lead to some great scenarios, such as battling Dark vs Light and other fun tournaments.
However it was clear we had more to offer to deepen the lore of the team and give more depth to our story and with that we created the third and final Yu-Gi-Oh! team titled Chaos Team, now using “{ChAoS_KinGs}” or “{ChAoS_QuEeNs}” we had created a community entirely unique from anything else seen in the Yu-Gi-Oh! community, and to put it simply it is great fun watching all three teams battle.
- TITLE HOLDERS & WARS -
We weren’t stopping there however, we created new events such as “Title Holders” which are titles that the three teams can compete for in a tournament with records kept of which team wins the titles and how many times they are defended.
We created a “World Cup” event where individual users would represent there representative continents and compete to be called the best Yu-Gi-Oh! duellist.
{Monarchy Games} also competes against other guilds that are represented in the Yu-Gi-Oh! community, these are titled “Wars” and it is always a competitive and fantastic event when we battle.
Under the umbrella of {Monarchy Games} we created a fantastic, fun environment with big personalities and talented players.
- OUR FUTURE -
Now moving forwards we are creating new areas to chat about more games and new creative endeavours are being pursued, with over 60 games in our unique discord you can have your server, your way and chat with likeminded users about games you enjoy.
Since its inception {MG} has evolved continuously with the future holding a new chapter in which creative evolution will spurn new and unique ideas not seen before in gaming communities.
